As part of our on-going commitment to enhancing the member experience, Credit Union ONE offers Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). These interactive machines offer another way to get personal, one-on-one service.

ITMs use the latest video chat capabilities so you can conduct financial transactions with a live Remote Agent just as you would in person:

  • Withdraw cash
  • Make check or cash deposits
  • Check balances
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments

ITMs can be found at our Davison branch, Shelby Township branch, Southgate, and our newly remodeled Troy branch.

What is the minimum amount to open an account?

There is no minimum to open a Cash Back Checking account. You'll need £25 to open a Basic Checking account. There is no minimum for savings accounts.
